Property Management Fees & Services Information

Full Management Service

1 Unit: 8% of gross rents collected

2 – 10 Units: 7% of gross rents collected

11 – 15 Units: 6% of gross rents collected

16+ Units: Evaluated on an individual basis.


Full Management Service + Bill Pay

1 Unit: 10% of gross rents collected

2 – 10 Units: 8% of gross rents collected

11 – 15 Units: 7% of gross rents collected

16+ Units: Evaluated on an individual basis.

Lease/Disclosure/Tenant Management
Manage Regular & Periodic Maintenance

Additional Fees

Initial Set–Up: $25.00 1–4 Units

Initial Set–Up: $50.00 5–10 Units

Initial Set–Up: $5.00 per Unit 11+ Units

Placement/Re-Rent: 5% of one month's gross rents

** Any special accounting or other special procedures will be billed at an hourly rate. **

Charges for other services
(When not using monthly mgt. services)

Tenant Placement: 50% of one month’s gross rents

Lease Renewal/Annual Review: 25% of one month's gross rents
